Effective date: May 29, 2026 · Developer: Jean-Marc Strauven (Grazulex)
The Æther games (Æther Engine, Æther Tableau, Æther Chronograph) are solo card puzzle games set in a steampunk universe. This policy explains what data the apps collect — and more importantly, what they do not collect.
The short version: we collect nothing from you. All game data stays on your device.
Each game stores the following data locally on your device only,
using the browser's localStorage (web) or app storage (Android):
| Game | Data stored | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| All games | Language preference (fr / en) |
Remember your language |
| Difficulty preference | Remember your difficulty setting | |
| Personal best scores (leaderboard) | Display your local high scores | |
| Æther Engine Æther Tableau Æther Chronograph |
Expert mode unlock state | Remember your in-app purchase |
This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server, not shared with any third party, and is not accessible by the developer.
The Expert mode unlock is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. The Æther apps do not handle, store, or transmit any payment information. All payment data is managed by Google according to their own Privacy Policy.
The Æther games use no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, or advertising networks.
The Android version is packaged with Capacitor (an open-source bridge between web apps and native Android). Capacitor itself collects no data.
The Æther games do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The games contain no user accounts, no chat, and no external communication of any kind.
All local data can be deleted at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at
